I did it! One full week of a Fuel Cycle, done!! Not one cheat and I feel amazing. This week’s goal is to stick to my menu plan. We have a family vacation starting this upcoming weekend so staying on plan will be difficult but I will strive for eating as healthy as possible. With that in mind, we have a lot of freezer food to get rid of leftovers and not bring in to much food before we leave. This week is also my 40th birthday!! So, a THM birthday cake is in the works. I adore chocolate and love that Trim Healthy Mama gives me options to enjoy this decadent treat. Thank you Mrs. Criddles Kitchen for this yummy recipe.
