Our Trim Healthy Mama Menu


Family is visiting this week so I came up with some creative menu options for our guests. With our new favorite toy, the Instapot, taking center stage meal prep and cooking just became a whole lot easier.  If you are new to Trim Healthy Mama, I follow the plan developed by Pearl Barrett and Serene Allison. For the past three years I have been “on plan” and watched our lives change for the better.  I love the freedom this eating style gives me and enjoy trying new foods/recipes.  Click here to see our full menu for our week.

Monday: Leftover Crockpot Chili (E)- We made an extra large amount of chili so our meal is easy for a busy Monday night.

Tuesday: Chicken Carbonara (S) from The New Lighter Life

Wednesday: Eggroll in a Bowl (S)

Thursday: Mexican Quinoa Tacos (E) from Chelseas Messy Apron

Friday: Out to Dinner

Saturday: Curry Chicken  (S) from Paint the Kitchen Red 

Sunday: Instant Pot Crack Chicken  (S) Adventures of a Nurse 

Our special treat this week: Low Carb Maple Bacon Crack from Joy Filled Eats
